Midterm presentations will be held in the week of November 30 - December 4 at the previously announced weekly meeting times. Students are expected to present their work and progress in the project up to date. Duration is limited to 10 minutes. |

EE499 meeting schedule is given below. Meetings will be held online via Skype. You can find my Skype account by searching my name or e-mail address, please call me at the listed times. Meetings start in the first week of November (between 2nd-6th of November) rather than next week due to Cumhuriyet Bayramı. Until that time, project students are required to complete the following tasks: 1. Search the internet and academic publications (scholar.google.com) for the subject of your project. 2. Find alternative designs and prototypes that have already been developed by other researchers all over the world. 3. Propose at least three possible alternative designs for the project. 4. Build a chart of the work plan (Gantt chart) that covers all semester. 5. Make a list of components, parts and equipment needed, and try to estimate the project budget.
